Hotel Ermitage - Quebec City

Great location, clean room with comfortable bed.

The desk clerk told me that there was an ice machine but The ice machine was not in service.

huge rooms even for a continental breakfast available. a wide array of food at breakfast, such as cereal, fruit, and eggs. magnificent and unbeatable location close to fontaine de tourny fountain.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Checking in was confusing due to an unresponsive front desk!!! The room could use some modern updates for a more comfortable experience!!!

I loved the room - it had a bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. It was attractive and comfortable.

Check in was in one hotel, our room was in another. The ice maker did not work, there was no elevator (tough with heavy suitcases).

Positive, The queen room was spacious and comfy for four adults. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. I slept like a baby on the big, comfortable mattress.

Room is small Room needs renovation free Wi Fi did not work. My assumption is that Booked.net buys a lot of rooms, but these rooms were the poorest of the bunch.

This was just an ideal choice for a brief pause in Quebec City with good price-quality ratio. The room was large and filled with character, with charming bay windows and a lovely balcony. Be sure to check in early enough to avoid waiting around.

I have absolutely no complaints. It promised what it delivered at a great price for old Quebec.

Great location, rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed in the double-room, it would probably be small for two people, but was perfect for me. Fridge, wifi, clean showers, good bed.

The room was large, offering 2 queen-size beds arranged with leather chairs and a wooden desk in between. It included charming bay windows that opened to a small balcony overlooking Old Quebec. The room had modern amenities like a fridge and coffee maker, and the decor featured a lovely plaster ceiling. The staff at the nearby reception were friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel is quirky, well priced based in a renovated building. The rooms are big size, beautiful, and come with a seating area, ironing facilities and a study table. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. Thank you for a great stay...
